I kind of slept on this one, but better late than never. CLTV.com recently published a video interview with Doug and Tracy Hurst of Metropolitan Brewing! These guys have great attitudes and won't settle for boring beer. I hope your as excited as I am about their plan to have Chicago craft-brew lagers for sale by late December!
Almost no micro-breweries focus on lagers, yet they are the most widely consumed beers in the country. While I love Oldstyle, Pabst and Highlife for our history together, it will be sublime to have an inspired local product.
